We herewith inform that PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators (PTG) is planning to sell 1(one) unit Crawler Crane Manufactured by AMERICAN TEREX, type HC275 (275Mtons Capacity) as specified below:

10. Statement from PTG: The crane was bought as new crane in 2008 directly from Terex USA and imported to Indonesia, Custom Duty and Imported Taxes are paid by PTG. The cranes is operated in Gunanusa Yard from year of importation (2008) until 2016. In condition of fully certified crane (certification by 3rd party), there was accident in 2016 when PTG Mechanics try to extend the boom in Gunanusa Yard. After boom length adjustment and in condition of boom down, when the Mechanic and Operator start to initiate boom up, at something around 15 degree, the boom wire broken and boom fall down to ground and cause broken to the boom and boom accessories. The body crane still can move. The body crane and broken boom and accessories are available in Gunanusa Yard for inspection by potential buyer.
PTG has finished the claim and administration with insurance company and now the Crane As Is Where Is become PTG ownership.
10.1. PTG plan to sell Crane and offer to potential buyer to offer their best proposal.
10.2. PTG is also very interested to trade in the crane with another used 280Ton crane with manufacturing year 2008 or later.
11. Condition of Crane : please refer to the attached physical finding report issued by Gunanusa yard dated 11 June 2018
12. Inspection Report: Terex Manufacturer conducts inspection following the accident on PTG request. Report from Terex is attached to this Proposal.
13. Export Permit : Incase buyer from Overseas, PTG will be responsible to declare Export Permit . Cost for export permit will be declare to Overseas Buyer who shall be responsible to pay the cost and included in the price in the offering.
This export permit is not applicable to Indonesian Buyer.
14. Terms of delivery in offering letter: Gunanusa yard, Kecamatan Pulo Ampel, District of Serang, Province of Banten. PTG is responsible to load the crane to any transporter provided by Buyer (Winner). Transportation mode can be land transport or sea transport berth at Gunanusa Yard Jetty. All cost for agency, port charges, vessel clearance in and out etc to be paid by Buyer.
